Fintech specialist Alan Wunsche is the CEO of TokenFunder, a blockchain venture funding platform. He is also the co-founder and chair of Blockchain Canada.
Alan Wunsche is CEO & Chief Token Officer of TokenFunder, a blockchain-powered crowdfunding platform which helps startups launch and manage initial coin offerings (ICOs). The company’s own initial sale of FNDR Tokens for investors in the platform began on 1st November 2017 and was the first ICO to be approved in Ontario, Canada.
Additionally, Wunsche is the CEO and Chief Technology Officer at Leading Knowledge, a management consulting services and technology development company. At Leading Knowledge, he founded Statas.io, a blockchain-powered marketing platform.
Alongside his work with TokenFunder and Leading Knowledge, Wunsche is the co-founder and chair of Blockchain Canada, a not-for-profit organisation aiming to create a network of innovators and put Canada at the forefront of blockchain technology. In 2016 he was elected as the Canadian Chair of Canada’s ISO/TC307 Blockchain Standards Committee and continues to serve in the role.
Previously, Wunsche held management roles with organisations such as Scotiabank, Deloitte and PWC, as well as being a consultant for a number of startups. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and an MBA specialising in finance and change leadership, both from the University of Western Ontario.
