Balaji Srinivasan is the CEO of 21.co (now Earn.com).
Balaji Srinivasan founded 21.co in 2013, and has served as its CEO ever since. 21.co, now rebranded as Earn.com, is a social network which enables users to earn bitcoin online by answering messages.
In 2016, 21.co released a bitcoin computer and later an embeddable mining chip that can be integrated into any internet-connected device, supporting a continuous stream of digital currency for use in a wide variety of applications.
Prior to taking the CEO role at 21.co, Srinivasan was a General Partner at venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, where he now sits on the board. Previously, he was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of health technology firm Counsyl.
Srinivasan holds a BS, MS, and PhD in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University. He also teaches at Stanford, including an online MOOC.
